A decade of building apparel brands from the inside.

Over the past 10+ years I've worked across product development, sourcing, merchandising, manufacturing, branding and creative direction.
Running my own brand taught me that great products rarely come from one brilliant idea. They're built through hundreds of thoughtful decisions.
Today I partner with founders who want an experienced sounding board as they grow—someone who understands both the creative and commercial sides of building products.
I don't believe every company needs another consultant. Sometimes they simply need an experienced product partner.
My ikigai (“eye-ka-guy”) — a reason for being.
A quiet framework I keep coming back to. Four overlapping questions that, together, describe the work I'm built for.
01
What I'm good at
Product strategy, collection planning, sourcing, merchandising and manufacturing. Reading a line sheet, a fit sample and a P&L in the same sitting. Leading small teams through the messy middle of building a product.
- Product strategy & development
- Collection planning & merchandising
- Sourcing & manufacturing
- Creative direction
- Leading small product teams
02
What I love
Well-made things and the people who make them. Time outside with my family. Long conversations about materials, fit and why a garment does or doesn't feel right.
- My family
- Apparel & material culture
- Nature & the outdoors
- Design done quietly
- Cooking a good meal
03
What the world needs
Fewer products, made more thoughtfully. Brands that respect the people wearing them and the people making them. Product decisions grounded in taste, integrity and a long view.
- Considered, durable product
- Honest brands
- Respect for craft & heritage
- Fewer, better decisions
- Small teams doing careful work
04
What I get paid for
Sitting alongside founders as an experienced product partner — helping them see the whole picture, sharpen the questions, and make the decisions that shape great products and stronger businesses.
- A decade+ of operator experience
- Judgment under real constraints
- Clear thinking in the details
- A steady hand in the room
- Commitment to good product
Where those four circles overlap is where I try to spend my working hours — helping founder-led brands make better product, more carefully, for longer.

Sitting in the room where product decisions get made.
I work best when I'm close to the work — reviewing samples, pressure-testing merchandising plans, joining supplier calls, and helping founders sharpen the questions before the answers.
